Policies


And now the details…

 

1.)  Payment is due before the first lesson

 

2.)  You have 1 Absence (for any reason) that can be made up during Make Up Week

  • Contact me up to 2hrs before your lesson to reschedule any additional absences (if the studio schedule permits)
  • Please opt for a reschedule if the kiddos didn’t make it in to school because they were sick or have a communicable problem like lice or pink eye (share the love not the germs)
  • In the case of severe weather or teacher illness you will be credited that lesson to the next session

 

3.)  Withdrawal (emergency, injury, and severe illness) will place your account on “Active Hold”

  • Active Hold lasts for one session from the date of withdrawal
  • Your time slot will be held through the Active Hold period unless released by you
  • All paid for lessons missed under Active Hold can be credited to your future sessions or transferred to another student
  • After one session your account will go dormant, your time slot will automatically be released, funds will be forfeited, and you will need to re-register (including fee) for a new time slot

 

4.)  Lessons are transferable to a registered student

 

5.) 3 Strikes Policy

I like working with awesome families!  You guys are busy doing lots of cool stuff! I get that, and I’m definitely willing to work with you:

  • Awesome families care about my time, and I care about their time–we talk to each other if something is up and there needs to be a change
  • Awesome families are punctual–because no one likes to feel forgotten (especially kiddos)
  • Awesome families pay on time, because well…it would be unthinkable to take advantage of someone else (life is too short to worry about billing)
